You can enter via George Street going in via the Assembly Rooms entrance or via Rose Street via Stack & Still restaurant.
Theme is coffee based cocktails (hence the Insomnia name) but they also do non coffee based cocktails.
Lovely setting with chandeliers.

10/10 for variety of cocktails and service. The wait staff kept a smile on their faces even as they witnessed my friends and I descend into a group of chaotic drunk energy, and super props to Ben who took it like a champ when I kept calling him by the wrong name. Will be back soon, won't be as drunk, promise!!!
