Hallo we were for the first time at greggs and we took sandwiches and coffie and we must say it was very good also the staff was very friendly if we are comming back to edinburgh we will visit greggs again for sure

it is not the manager's fault or staff fault that their short-staffed this is down to Greggs head office the manager does everything he possibly can to make sure there is enough staffing for everything to be done he has an outstanding manager and you could not ask for a better Store restaurant manager. I stand in the queue every single day of the week unfortunately I don't stand there and complain about it I just get on with it..
all the staff including the manager is the nicest people that I have ever met they are friendly inviting and also very good at their jobs they will make sure that all customers leave with a satisfactory outcome
