A lovely and fun little place, set in a very beautiful location, by Derwent reservoir. Shame the cafe shuts at 4, rather than say 5, with the weather being so good and evenings light. Also £7 is quite a lot for a milkshake, though it was very nice. Definitely will go back as fancy a game of crazy g
Simply Amazing! My wife and I stayed here for a few days in one of the pods called Mally’s Mansion and have a few meals at the boat shack cafe, we absolutely adored every single second of it. The pod was really clean and had a beautiful view of the reservoir, can’t wait to come back to this pod!
What a fantastic place! Owner Paul has a great place which has been developed during lockdown. The site, views and facilities are amazing. The hospitality is great and I would absolutely stop by again!

Fantastic festive day out seeing Santa and seeing the beautiful Christmas decorations. After the visit to Santa we enjoyed some delicious hot chocolates and hot beef sandwiches. Will definitely be back
