A group of 4 friends had dinner on a Friday night at Cafe Gondola. The food was excellent, though my porcini mushroom risotto portion was a tad on the small side. My 3 friends had pasta dishes which they all thoroughly enjoyed. Desert was delicious. The prices were reasonable.
Service was fairly good. Our waiter was unfortunately not very communicative.
The atmosphere was good though at times it became very noisy. I do recommend this restaurant and will definitely be going back again.

Lovely restaurant, very clean and modern decor. Food was also delicious, seemed quite pricey but worth it. Staff were excellent very attentive and food didn’t take long even though it was a packed Friday night!

Honesty some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I know pizza is one of those subjective things that can be quite unique for each person, but for me at least, this place does the best pizza. Can’t get enough of it.
Dining in is a nice experience too, I like to sit outside usually.

I use the Caffè Gondola regularly as the food and ambience are great.
I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
They have got used to my little foibles by now.
I went for lunch the other day and decided to have the Roasted Duck legs which were delicious.
My only gripe about the dish was that the meat was so dry that it needed more gravy with the dish.
Normally I am somebody who doesn't like my meat swimming in gravy.
I won't say that I will be going back to Caffe Gondola soon because at the moment I am in the restaurant typing this out whilst I wait for my dish to cool to an edible temperature.

I’ve lived in Italy for 30 years, so I’m always pretty critical of Italian restaurants. This place came pretty close to real Italian food. The service was friendly if slow. The atmosphere was fine although far from being a luxury restaurant. Great place for a family meal.
