Mcdonald's

We paid for 3 fries and the kid working at the drive thru second window said we did not pay for it. He already missed half of the order we paid for and refused to give us the last fry that we paid for. He said we need to drive all the way around to pick up our fry. Makes no sense. He gave us attitude, rolled his eyes.

Only got pancakes for a friend that was in the Nursing home. I won't eat there anymore since they replaced the southwest salad with something that looks like a salad u get a Walmart! Actually looks like the identical salad. It's not near the same as the original salad. 👎and their hamburgers?? U don't want to know what they are!🤢👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Stop at this McDonald's on the way home from work. Decided to place my order through the drive-thru. Huge mistake. The employee had hard time placing my correct food order in the system and I kept showing the wrong order on the video screen. Then I had to wait nearly 15 minutes in the drive-thru lane before I got to the window to get my food order. This location doesn't have spots for customers to pull into and wait for their orders so if an order takes extra time to prepare, all those waiting in the drive-thru lane have to wait too. Good thing I check my bag of food before driving away because they had forgotten to give me one of the items I had ordered and I had to go into the restaurant to get it.

I wish I could give 0 stars, went through the drive-through around midnight and placed my order, waited over 30 minutes for my “FAST Food!” A Female larger build employee was walking around aimlessly after honking my horn after 30 minutes she handed my food to me without saying a single word, I asked for ketchup she handed it to me again without saying a single word. Didn’t apologize for the time I had waited for my food.. she just left the window.

I went to drive-through to order two hot chocolate and after getting home(7 minute drive) I realized they had given me two cups of hot milk. Of course I went back to get my order fixed. Once I got there and asked for the manager, the manager told the supervisor to help me. After I told the lady, with no name tag, what my issue was, she just had someone make the hot chocolate for me. There were no apologies, nothing said, almost like she was doing me a favor. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
