Great coffees, had a wait for drinks, the format of the shop is wrong and encouraged me to start my trip at the end of the line. Shop layout is backwards.

Nice stop off while shopping. I came back to update this review. The cafe have changed location to across the road. The staff were excellent super friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Always come down for a coffee whenever I get the chance usually before I start work at a different coffee store (I prefer Starbucks 😂). The staff are amazing and always serve with a smile and are fantastic always remembering my drink order. Val one of the team members, is an absolute gem and an asset to the store! She’s always polite, friendly and makes coffee to an exceptionally high standard and is just such a pleasure to talk to when waiting for my morning coffee, she’s such a credit to her team ☺️ this place is honestly my second home and I’m so happy they’re getting a bigger store to continue making great coffee with a great team ☺️

I popped in today unsure of what I wanted and val behind the counter was amazing and suggested with the hot weather your new strawberry açai. I decided to give it a try and wow your staff really know their stuff as it was very much enjoyed in the heat. All around I received a friendly welcome and amazing service from val. I will definitely be back because of the service I got from her.

CJ and Rosa were on hand today deliver the best service that I've personally had in any Starbucks. Honestly, every time we go in here they are always happy, always remember our names and the coffee and cakes always hit the spot. All of their staff are brilliant.
We'll keep coming back again and again. Coffee is coffee, but finding a place that delivers a good, friendly, genuine service is what really matters. Starbucks can be very proud of their Elgin store and how they make it feel so local.

Starbucks Elgin is always a great place to grab a coffee and my favourite fruit toast. All the staff (bar one sorry to say) are friendly and helpful but my 100% for customer service goes to Lucy who is always polite, professional and friendly and knows her customers so well she knows exactly what you're going to order before you ask. You need more Lucy's in your coffee shops. Also kudos for the good Christmas music, it's actually good and not the usual repetitive drivel (sorry Slade but.... yeah).... 🙃
