Lovely coffee, friendly staff. My little girl and I love going here. We’ve recently gone back following lockdown and we’re very happy. All the safety measures in place and still great coffee, babychino and staff.

Love Thornton Cafe, latte is one of the best coffees , better than Costa. All the staff are lovely and friendly.

Love this place . The only bug bear for me was they don't do my wife's favourite fruit &nut toffee anymore. But hey ho they have her second best Brazil nut toffee and a lovely coffee shop to relax after your shopping.

Thornton's at Cheshire Oaks always have such lovely members of staff! I have been here for several times to shop gifts for different occasions for different age groups, and the staff members are always happy to help and go out of their ways by writing personal messages to my experience shopping here more wonderful!

Had a lovely hot choc &adds on & sandwich ,got a voucher for a box of chocolate toffee for £3,well worth the price.looking forward to the next visit.

I went with my gradkid for a coffee. They made him a babychoco(such a thing exists, wonders never ceasing etc.) and did the full production number on it: his own tray, chocolate on the side, with the marshmallows. Very happy with it he was. Nice place.

What can you say about Thorntons other than good quality products at competitive prices. Plenty of offers available in store and staff were friendly and helpful. If your not a chocolate lover then there are offers available on fudge and toffee. Stock is well displayed and prices are clear.Personalised chocolate is available. Very spacious shop and is wheelchair friendly. There is also a cafe at the side of shop which was packed out so maybe worth a visit on our next trip to Cheshire Oaks.Only rated as 4* as we didn't visit the cafe.I will give you an update on my next visit and hopefully 5*.If you enjoyed reading my review and looking at the photos then don't forget to like them.

Visit this branch whenever we go to Cheshire oaks. Great Cappuccinos with their great sprinkled chocolate ( which my wife loves!!) Really nice sandwiches & cakes. Very pleasant staff

Great chocolates, in the cafe area good selection of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates. Good value too. Well worth a visit.
