Jay from the beauty department (benefit collection) is lovely and very welcoming. I have never had a shade match or my makeup done before in a store and she made me feel very comfortable. She asked me questions about the everyday look I wanted to achieve and picked out the products that work best for me. She talked through the process of each step and how best to apply each product and I felt very happy with makeup she did on me and the products I bought. Thank you Jay!

The staff at this store were amazing today. I took my 87 year old mother in law who has dementia and lives in a home to get clothes and lingerie. All the staff were really helpful. Karen in the lingerie section was so kind and helpful to us and treated her with such dignity. I couldn’t thank her enough.

I highly recommend visiting the Marks and Spencer mega store in Cheshire oaks. The store offers a huge range of products, including clothing, home goods, and a variety of food items. The food section is particularly noteworthy, with a wide selection of fresh produce, baked goods, and prepared meals. Overall, the store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it a convenient shopping destination for all your needs. One thing that a lot of big retailers miss is sofas for the I’ll suffering males to relax on.

Firstly what a beautiful building and surrounding, love all the oak structure inside, its vast open spaces makes you feel calm even when it's busy. My husband and i came to purchase him a suit for a upcoming wedding. Happy to say out of the wide selection of choices he managed to purchase a 3 piece suit 👌 which he's pleased with. Everything seemed organised when trying everything on. Plenty of hand sanitiser dotted around. Had a nice cup of tea and cake in the cafe which is situated on the first floor, which was very pleasant. They have a large selection of clothes for men,ladies and children also home wares and a lovely food Hall, most of all Plenty of parking and it's free.
