What a transformation! This store has really turned around since i gave my last review. The new manager and his team are polite, helpful and cheerful. The building now looks and smells clean. Unlike under the previous manager the floor is obviously cleaned regularly and no longer sticky to walk on. Most importantly it is a dog friendly store too!

I go here often, and my go to coffee is the Large Cappuccino. Overall the coffee is super good, tastes nice and sweet. The store inside is super calm, chill staff aswell, and majority of the times I go there, they leave me with a good impression on the store and the staff. Best coffee place to go.

Went there after Xmas and only 2 staff to work for a long queue. Understand why slow. My hot chocolate tastes very nice, not too sweet!

Lovely café with friendly staff. We were those annoying customers popping in only an hour before closing time but they didn't seem to mind. We treated ourselves to carrot cake and a blondie to go with a white americano and a blended latte. Great quality and prices compared to other well known franchises.
