It was super busy - Saturday lunchtime - and we sat outside. We ordered coffees and fries using the app and they were delivered quickly. The coffee and fries were good and hot and the person who brought our order was friendly and asked if we wanted any sauces. The toilets were clean with toilet pape
Pit stop on my way to London in my Truck, pop in to buy coffee, didn’t have enough change, as the prices went up, I offer to pay 20pence by card, which I left in the truck, as I thought I had enough money to get a drink.

Very civilised for 7.30am. Quick table service, friendly employee, only a handful of customers in the restaurant. Drive-through looked busy but very easy to park! All in all a very uncomplicated visit..... unfortunately not to be said about other McDonald's venues!
Very new building with modern look. Also there are self service ordering service machines here. The seating is arranged in zones so the staff can bring the order to respective table. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The food here is expected of a McDonald's. All in all a good experience.

Overall my experiences here have been pretty great. There have been a couple of times where they’ve missed items such as syrup for pancakes but the staff are very friendly and have resolved things quickly and with a smile!
The food was hot and fresh. It wasn't busy even though it was lunchtime. Unable to comment on the atmosphere because we went through the drive through.
Four stars for the type of restaurant that this is. Modern decor, large, airy and air conditioned.
Touch screen ordering is cool so is the table service. This branch has a drive-through as well as an external & internal eating area.
Long overdue in Ely!
I had the pleasure of visiting Ely early one Saturday morning and with an hour to kill found myself here for morning coffee at 6am . The place was immaculate , the staff polite and enthusiastic and the Coffee for a McDonalds was exceptional . This is the thing for coffee aficionados where McDonalds
Pleasant place to have a car break and quick bite. We sat outside under an umbrella in the shade. So this was a cool place to relax for a while.
Popped in here on the way back from the big smoke. Gentleman on the first window after taking my order in the early hours was a pure joy for that time of the morning. Very helpful chap that made me smile and feel a lot better for the rest of my journey.
Always love this McDonald's. The staff are great and the atmosphere is nice. The food is always to a good standard too.
