ordered from McDonald’s and one of my items was missing. When I called customer care to report the issue, the response was unhelpful and dismissive. No proper solution or apology was given. A birthday treat for both of our daughters (5 and 7) was made even better by the friendly, welcoming and helpful service given by Rachel. Going above and beyond in her job role was lovely as not many people do nowadays. Thankyou Rachel!
