It's a fast food outlet, not much to rate! KFC staff tend to be very helpful, patient, and friendly. Service depends on the demand for drive through, all these well known outlets are the same in that respect. We were lucky this time! Food came quickly and it was hot. Fairly clean, not too busy due to late evening.
