We have been ordering From Dominos from 2014 and it’s really good pizzas as the dough is freshly made and not left for weeks and weeks so if you want to, Definitely give Dominos a try.

Amazingly efficient. Staff manager is astutely professional. Handles new drivers well and has excellent phone manner. Most efficient and consistent pizza in Ely area.

We were hesitant to order from here after reading not so great reviews on Google and Just Eat.
Our order was placed using the Domino's Pizza app. We placed the order at 19:58, it was accepted and arrived before 20:30. Food was hot, tasty, and all correct.

Looking for food on Christmas Eve when many Ely takeaways had closed early. Got two large Pizzas which were prepared while we waited. BOGOF deal. Pizzas very tasty and enjoyed by grandson and daughter.

Update: what I wrote 3 years ago still stands.. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
BUT, i have to say that the food has fallen short recently... mainly the Pepperoni and mushroom pizza that we always order. The tomato sauce has been badly distributed, with very little in the middle and so much on the outer edge that it was like eating a bowl of tomato soup. Very sloppy :( I'll probably mention it next time I order.
Really smiley helpful people. Quick food.. I ordered online.. And it was ready the minute I walked in. Ill be back... :)

Taste is sooooo good! Hundred times better than Pizza Hut Ely branch. Ingredients used are close to fresh and the dough tastes good . Above this, staffs are really friendly and pay attention to customers. I will highly recommend this place. Only negative is no space to sit and eat like a restaurant and sometimes parking is quite challenging for a takeout collection.

Ok they had a very bad night loads of orders and a very big back log but you know what they did everything they could to help everyone who phoned up or went to collect. The app is the issue as it does not give a time so if everyone in the world orders the same day at the same time what can they do. Hats off to them for trying to do there best when its out of there hands.

For all the negative feedback on here, I've always got the opposite service. Always friendly & reasonably fast. Please bear in mind that I prefer to collect the pizza meself rather than order it but even when I have ordered it online I've never had a bad experience.
