Customer service was amazing. They called me up to let me know that there steak bakes would be a while cooking and the delivery driver understandably didn’t want to wait so asked me if I wanted to swap for a different option. Whoever I talked to was so lovely on the phone and well mannered. Just to top it off I was nicely surprised with 2 free donuts with a “sorry :) free cakes xx” message. They really didn’t need to but that was really generous and honestly made my day. To top it off the food is always hot when delivered and nothing is ever missing even down to sauces. Thank you to whoever I spoke to your a real gem xx

Apart from having to stand in the rain, while queuing (not Gregg's fault to be fair), lunch baguettes sausage rolls, steak bakes and especially custard slices, definitely recommended!
