Best coffee in Bristol. Decent prices as well. And, to top it off, I met the love of my life in there as well! Yes, Keith Aaron Pickles and I have been together for three hundred years now, and it's all going so well. I met Keith the first afternoon I got out of jail for swimming trunk fraud. I was innocent. Ah, the sweet coffee bean of freedom/love. Thank you Friska!

So, I lost the little yellow cap for my Keep Cup a while ago after doing the dishes. I had mentioned it in passing one morning to one of the ladies behind the counter & they said they'd look into it for me. I wasn't expecting anything to come from it as I was happy to go without it. It's only a cap after all. Today, I got surprised with a Friska envelope with a little treat inside, a new cap for my Keep Cup! In the card was written, "A promise is a promise." Sounds silly for something so small but I feel speaks volumes about the beautiful characters that go out their way to help, even for those small things. You honestly couldn't ask for better people to share a building with, a truly remarkable team! Thank you guys, you're brilliant!! P.S.
