Emersons Green Beefeater

Emerson's Green Beefeater can be a bit hit or miss sometimes. Today's visit was definitely a hit!- The customer service received today by the team member Deborah was excellent. We felt well looked after and our needs catered for throughout our whole visit. My Fillet Steak was cooked to perfection (medium as I had asked for it) and both meals were hot, flavourful and seasoned well and were very enjoyable. Our drinks were replenished when asked and all round we had a great visit to Beefeater Emerson's Green today.

I’ve been staying here for two weeks as am on a Uni course in Bristol and the staff have been amazing! They are so welcoming and friendly even under pressure as they work so hard. I just wanted to leave a positive review as they’ve made me feel so welcome especially because I’m visiting and eating on my own. Thank you

I have spent 5weeks at the Premier Inn attached to this Beefeater and have enjoyed every day at the venue. The morning always starts well with Clair and her genuine happy greeting. I have a regular breakfast menu which I really enjoy. Others that come in for porridge or poached eggs get a no nonsense "pleased to serve you welcome" from Clair. Genuinely recommend the breakfast. Evening meals with Sally are good quality with great attention to service. We'll done all at Beefester Emersons Green. Hope to come back. Thank you.

Stayed at the hotel 30 June 2023 for three nights and booked breakfast in the Beefeater. Food was really good with lots of variety; something for everyone and staff professional, friendly and helpful. I spoke to Clare several times who is a lovely lady and very on the ball. I had a late lunch also and again excellent food and brilliant service.

We had a lovely meal this evening. Booked today for 8 people, the restaurant had a nice vibe, we all enjoyed the food - main and desert. The waiter Lee was fantastic, really helpful, friendly, everything was on time. Even when we ordered he gave a rough estimation how long the food would be and when we ordered drinks he bought them straight away. Thank you.

Food was delicious in the main. Most of our party enjoyed their meal. I loved the vegan food I had, and the kids enjoyed there's too. I had the mushroom tower and the chocolate torte with vegan ice cream, and it was divine. The waiter was new, and she struggled to deal with such a big table, but she did a great job under the circumstances.

If you go here expecting Michelin Star quality food or service you will be bitterly disappointed, it doesn’t pretend to offer that either, having said that it isn’t a cheap fast food place. It does exactly what it says on the tin! Reasonable food for a reasonable price, will they forget a few things and possibly make a couple of mistakes? More than likely! But if you want a quick pit stop for a decent meal then you can’t go far wrong. The fixtures, fittings and decoration of the bar, restaurant and toilets are in desperate need of a refurb and money does need to be invested into these areas of the property to improve the customer experience. I can’t comment on the hotel side of the business as I didn’t visit it.

We love Beefeaters and visit it often. We went to celebrate an important accomplishment, and it was enjoyable. Charlotte was fantastic, friendly and so helpful. Jack also did an excellent job. I tried the lamb roast for the first time and it was so tasty and the mix grills are filling. We will definitely plan to return. We always have a great dining experience at this restaurant. The staff are always so friendly. We always leave happy and full! We would highly recommend it. 💯
