Spice Village

I am shocked and disgusted! My son and his friends went for a drink this evening and asked for one meal as they needed to catch a train home. They paid for their drinks but were FORCED to order 2 meals which took too long to prepare so they said they had to go and were physically stopped from leaving the restaurant. They eventually got out the restaurant without the food they were forced to order, they missed their trains and one poor lad was charged £26 for food they didnt have time to wait for. The bullying nature of the staff was an utter disgrace and I'm fuming!! We will not be using this restaurant again, staff taking advantage of young customers

We had a bit of a wait for our main course, however, it was Valentines evening and the restaurant was busy. The food was worth waiting for. Portions are of good size they came out piping hot. Service was ok, but the waitress's seemed a little preoccupied and weren't that friendly, maybe just a little inexperienced. Lovley atmosphere would definitely recommend this eatery.

Really good bhajis to start (crisp on the outside and full of flavour) followed by keema aloo on mushroom rice, which was perfect. I've not had it before and chose it because it was a speciality. My other half said the mushroom rice was the best she's ever had. The staff were helpful and friendly. We'd definitely visit again.
