Nice pub popped in for a spot of lunch. Was nice amd pleasant, was highly reccomended to return for the roast which I must say looked amazing! Really friendly staff, a nice dog friendly pub too.

Lovely little pub! The staff are all really friendly and love a chat with the locals. Good sized beer garden with plenty of seating. I haven’t tried the food but it looks really good. Weds they let you bring in pizza from the van parked in the carpark so can’t complain with that.

Went here for a drink and evening meal last night and I have to say the food was great . I had the steak and onion suet pudding with chips , veg and gravy my friend had steak and ale pie, mash and veg both cooked well and served hot .
The staff were very attentive the atmosphere was great very friendly . We would highly recommend if in the Emsworth area you won’t be disappointed reasonably priced home cooked English food . Will be returning for their Sunday Roast soon with hubby .

If you are in the area give this delightful pub a go. We have had both lunches and dinners here and the food is delicious. The staff are helpful and courteous and the atmosphere is great.
