Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Stopped in sunday a little after 11 am. Zero wait time for a booth for 3. The burgers here always deliver strong flavor and you can't go wrong with bottomless fries. I ordered the master cheeseburger which I can't find on any online menu. 🤷🏻‍♂️. Basically just a cheeseburger with 2 types of cheese and pickle wedges on it. Asked for it medium....came out medium. For an appetizer we got the pretzel bites with cheese sauce. The pretzels were light, warm, fluffy and delicious. On the table within 5 minutes. Within being here for about 15 minutes (about the wait time for all 3 burgers to come out) this place was starting to fill up with guests. Great friendly atmosphere. Love coming to this place.

This is about the kindness, grace and dignity that the manager Paige showed to someone who came in off the street because it started raining hard. The person who came in had an obvious mental disability and was looking for a ride home. Paige made sure the woman was treated as a human being. She gave her a water, let her use her personal phone and give her an umbrella to use while she waited for a bus. Like we all wish to be treated. Her patience, kindness and compassion alone will keep me frequenting this restaurant, whether I’m in the mood for a burger or not. The best managers lead by example. Red Robin has a great one in Paige.

DON’T eat here unless you want to destroy your GI tract!! My boyfriend & I both got food poisoning from this location without realizing the red robins had directly caused it at first. We knew it was the food as soon as we started suffering with the same severe symptoms directly after consuming left overs. The restaurant is very obviously unclean & there were hairs in the food
