Domino's Pizza

Firstly, the person answering the phone was not knowledgeable about their online coupons or carry out procedures detailed online. Online carry out time said 12 mins and they said 25 mins. We ordered boneless buffalo wings and they came plain which isn’t a huge deal since we have buffalo sauce at home. BUT…. That teensy weensy little baby wing got me! Really?! Won’t be ordering again from this location.

This place is miserable. I don’t know any other stores that go out of their way to be rude to customers so it is unique in that sense! Bad customer service is an understatement and I would actively avoid this dominos. Gavin specifically spoke to me with no respect, but it seems to be a trend with the staff.

Placed an order online and had been waiting for quite a while, so my husband decided to call to ask how much longer the order would be. The kid who answered the phone very rudely said "I have no idea but it'll be a lot longer when I'm on the phone" VERY unprofessional. According to the tracker our order has been made for over 20 mins sitting there. I spent 40$ and already consider it flushed down the drain because the pizza does not hold up well cold. Don't bother ordering here. Not unless you like being treated like garbage for spending your hard earned money here during the pandemic.
