Starbucks

So I ordered a Venti mango-dragon fruit refresher after we had waited like 2 minutes to place our order. So I told my mom, “I’m going to go into Subway.” So I left, and I came back 10 minutes later, and my drink wasn’t done yet. But then it was ready like 30 seconds later. The drink tastes alright, they could have put in more of the mango juice, though. Aside from this, the staff was very kind and friendly.

Very disappointed with my visit to the location this morning. I'm a regular patron of Starbucks and love their coffee but today this store was unkept and dirty, they were out of sugar in the raw, carry trays and lid stopper plugs. The milk containers as well as the half and half containers were empty and I had to ask for new ones. The sore only had four employees visible but only one making the drinks for the call in as well as the walk in orders. I arrived in the store at 9:37 am and did not leave until 9:49 I ordered one coffee dark roast that I prepared myself and one Peppermint Mocha that was prepared by the barista. This amount of time as well as the condition of the store was completely unacceptable especially given there was not a line.

Terrible customer service. The girl charged my card twice, said it didnt go through and then when I told the other girl it did on my end. With an attitude says "I didnt take your order so idk who you are, what's your name?" Then continues to tell me it went through once and if it did go through twice I would have to call my bank. Not the first time I had an issue with this Starbucks, I will make sure to never go back to that location again. Worst experience I've ever had at any Starbucks.

I've only been to this location once. Despite it being Halloween, the place wasn't busy at 6PM. Two people were ahead of me, but none behind. The customer service was excellent, and there were Halloween goodie bags at the front. The issues I have are with how slowly things went; after ordering, I waited 10 minutes for my two beverages. The young lady making the drinks was nice, but very slow. My second issue was that after receiving her order and leaving, a customer who'd been ahead of me returned, saying that the drink wasn't right. The two baristas kindly (and quickly) remade her drink. I soon had the same issues with my order, and the two beverages didn't taste right. I returned the drink and explained my issues. The baristas were kind and apologetic and remade my drink and gave me another on the house. Again, this was my 1st time at this Starbucks location, and it could have simply been an abnormal occurrence. And maybe the slower barista was new. I don't think I'd give it another try. My issue is more about the quality of the product and the long wait in a short line, and not about the good customer service. It's important to note that my remade beverage was fine.

I went to Starbucks for the first time since I am not a coffee drinker. I received a gift card for the holidays for being a bowling coach. I bought a hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich. Both of them were quite tasty, especially the hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was made with dark chocolate much to my surprise, delicious! The items that Starbucks sold were moderately priced. For a first time goer to Starbucks, I throughly enjoyed my breakfast that morning! :)
