Went just for donuts shown on the facebook page. Was not disappointed. Best Dunkin, most creative donuts around. Amazing friendly staff, incredible fast service. I will return.

They stopped serving brown sugar coffee but all the signs are still up and they didn't even say so on their Facebook but they have time to tell me what special doughnuts are there. Kinda big deal if ur discontinuing something that's fully advertised

Not the speediest. Went inside to order just to see the inner workings. Clean, spacious but movement of staff was concerning.

Bought two bangles one with butter and the other with veggie cream cheese. Both bagels were burnt to the point where you can’t eat them and both had cream cheese on them.

Terrible experience. Our food was incorrect, none of the specificarions we requested were followed and all of the food was smushed together and thrown in to the bag. You can tell that the employee working there does not care about his/her job which is really dissapointing for the amount of money we spent. I understand being stressed and under staffed but if i dont like my job i find a new one i dont do a terrible job and effect the customers.

Normally, I'm happy with Dunkin, but last time I was there, the guy told me he couldn't put coffee, milk (as the majority), and 2 sugars in a cup.
That's the lion's share of your job, man. Every now and again, someone wants a donut, but filling a cup with coffee and optionally adding ice, creamer and/or sweetener is what is all about.
He wasn't kidding though: he gave me black coffee. 🤦♂️

Slow service, and when I say slow service. I MEAN SLOW, takes 20 minutes for 4 cars to go through the drive through. Even on a slow day they will manage to get orders wrong, you ask for a mocha iced coffee, they give you vanilla bean iced coffee. Atrocious service and even worse attention to detail.
