I order here all the time and I’m never disappointed, but recently I ordered fried chicken wings and they were pink and still bleeding. I called to inform them and get a refund for the wings and they refused. Told me I was the only one who made that complaint and that they can’t give me a refund. Restaurants make mistakes which is fine and I always enjoy my food and the service here but this one time I was met with rudeness and it turned me off from the restaurant. Own up to your mistakes and be respectful about it.

Small reasturant with good food. Always worth the price. Good portion for the price. Good variety to chose from. They also deliver to surrounding area. Only takes 15 minutes to have ready if picking up. Nice menu choice, consistently good food. Orders usually arrive in 40 minutes & they do advise longer wait times if they are very busy. Great value lunchtime menus but you have to collect.

This was my first experience with the GWCR and I was eager to try it given the 4.3 rating it had received. I ordered take out for my wife and I, selecting the Moo Shu Chicken (my favorite) and the chicken chow mein (hers) along with a side of egg rolls. Our order came to approximately $22.00 total. The food was hot and ready when we picked it up. Overall, the meal was mediocre. The Moo Shu was over cooked and soggy but the big disappointment was the pancakes that came with it. They weren't pancakes at all but wonton wrappers tightly rolled up and sealed in plastic wrap that was difficult to open. Anyone that has had really great Moo Shu knows that the pancakes should be like fine crepes and the Moo Shu itself should be made with fresh vegetables still somewhat crispy after cooked. My wife's chow mein was soupy like chicken soup full of corn starch and very salty. The egg rolls were dry and over fried. I think they had been purchased frozen then deep fried in the restaurant. They definitely were not home made. We only ate enough of the food to satisfy our hunger and threw the rest out. I cannot recommend this place all good conscience but they may have other dishes that are more appealing to their customer base. This was my first and last experience with this restaurant.
