Dunkin'

If I could give it zero stars I would! I've been going here for the past few weeks almost every day on my lunch break only because it's right near my job but every time I go it's an extremely long wait which I can understand during these times however their attitudes and lack of professionalism is in serious need of adjustment! The young girl was working completely alone so she had to lock the front door but there was no sign and nobody knew why it was closed and her attitude about the whole thing was awful! I wouldn't want to work alone either but at least put a sign and be somewhat respectful SMH The manager is really need to step up and step in

I'm sorry to have to change my rating of this site from five stars to one but the constant poor treatment at the drive-thru wears on one after a while. Not looking for the employees to be falling all over themselves thankful for my business but you don't need to be condescending to your customers. Today was my last visit to this site. It's unfortunate because at one time this was the best Dunkin' Donuts in town.

My husband & I went in yesterday. Order taken - no problem. As we went to the pick up counter, we watched the girl making our sandwiches without gloves on! I was appalled! I went to grab napkins & there were none nor were there stir sticks. Every table we attempted to sit at was filthy. We sat there for about 30 minutes & in that time only 2 customers came in. No one came from behind to fill the missing items or clean the tables. Extremely unhappy!
