Don't go to this McDonald's if you are in a rush. The lack of the speaker system and face to face order service will definitely hurt business from the local community. The drive thru took over 30 mins for two frappes, a breakfast sandwich and oatmeal. They're were also other cars who ordered before us and were still waiting for their food when we left.

I went to this McDonald's at 11:30 p.m. and received no service whatsoever. I tried waiting for 5 minutes but it looks like nobody works here. As I was driving away I did see a worker doing something but I couldn't picture it because there were curtains at all the windows except the pickup window. If you can, please avoid this McDonald's at all costs!!

Absolutely horrible I gave my order at the window, paid, they asked me to wait in a parking spot and the manager came out to verify my order 3 times, and I had to correct her 3 times, the bag my order came in broke and both the sodas spilled out on the ground, worst of all I asked for a receipt and was never given one... Do not ever go to this McDonald's

Possibly one of the WORST experiences I have ever had at McDonald’s. We are not from CT, so maybe this is a thing there, but no microphone or speaker system at the start, making you feel ignored while the person taking orders is standing in the window watching you sit there. At the very least, we could have been waved on, but instead we got beeped at. Maybe you should put a sign up stating that you should go to the window to place your order and not cause so much confusion.

Absolutely unacceptable. No drive through speaker/mic, really. Cold fries, the worst tasting Coke I have ever had. The McDonald's at the next exit isn't much better either. Probably both are owned by the same person.

I seriously love this one. The staff is always so flipping kind and accommodating. I love that you talk to someone face to face to order.

I visited this McDonald's on 34 enfield st placed my order of a number 5 10 piece meal received a piece, I spoke to the manager she said her name was del and she could not fix the order though it was a mistake on there part, store was a mess and did not feel as if the issue was resolved well.
