Jolly Farmers

It's a nice pub. Plenty of seating with a terrace outside too. Friendly and helpful staff. The rotisserie chicken looked pretty big. The small is a quarter, and the medium is half chicken, just like nando's. my friend seemed happy with it. I had one of his wings, which had a nice sauce on it. I loved the fish and chips. The batter seemed a bit dark and over cooked, which made it more crunchy, which was my favourite part! The triple chicken is a huge portion. The shish kebab is 1ft long with 6-8 pieces of chicken. The desserts were worth it too. My triple choc cookie Sundae didn't taste like triple choc, but it was still nice. The 99 flake seemed decent value at £3.25, given that it doesn't cost 99p anywhere anymore. The long island ice tea cocktail was nice and strong too. I will visit again.

Love Jolly farmers twice been to this pub. There fish & chips. So lovely and crispy. I never eat batters on fish but in Jolly farmers its so tasty & crispy. First time was there last year with family it was Elton John tribute nice evening. This time been with my friend and a teacher for lunch still enjoy the There meal Fish & Chips.

We bring my mum in law every week to the Jolly Farmers. She has cognitive decline but the staff have always been so flexible with bookings! Tracey, particularly, has been incredible. She watches for our booking and ensures we get a window seat. Tracey also remembers our specific food and drink requests. It really is the perfect personalised customer service that makes us want to keep coming back. We enjoy the home made items - the coleslaw is the best! I have marked 4* for food as sometimes the salmon is overcooked but generally food comes quickly, is well presented and we love how food is served to the 3 of us at the same time by the team We would like more selection of home made soups please as very good. Thank you!

Went for lunch and it was very busy, but service was really quick. The food was wonderful, no complaints at all! Unfortunately too full after main course to sample the dessert menu but will definitely return again soon. Liam our server was lovely and polite. Great place to eat and relaxing atmosphere too.
