I was greeted at the door by a delightful young gentleman named Joe. He was very welcoming and showed us to our sensational table in the library where we looked after by Leanne. Leanne was great and offered, arguably the best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. I cannot wait to come back.

Nice food. Very long cue for food. Stingy on the meat tho but very nicely cooked meat.
Surroundings are beautiful old manor house but looks very drab and not looked after. Such a shame. Place needs more staff to keep clean .

Really good value, staff are always friendly. Was very busy tonight which was nice to see. The quality of food is decent. I think maybe the inside could do with a refurbishment in places but it’s nice and cozy how it is.

Whitewebbs is the best Toby Carvery I have been to, the food is of a higher quality which I believe is why it is so popular. Manager James runs a tight ship and all his staff are very efficient and polite. Whitewebbs is a particularly beautiful building and location and really stands as the Toby Carvery Flagship so it is right that this establishment has this level of quality and efficiency. I believe there are concerns to the maintenance of the building which Mitchell and Butler would do well to observe as this location and enterprise is a sure winner.

Nicely spacious seating inside. Food tasty and well cooked. Rather akin to homemade. A treat.for me.
After many years of providing for children their friends and family.
Now retired but occasional lovely meals with Son and family. Who excells with his roast meals. Today a friend provided the trip out and meal.

Food and variety very good. Sauces bowls were empty and no sign of replenishment. Service slow, however this was probably due to customers taking advantage of the £5 carvery deal.

Great carvery, food delicious although if you like your food super hot, it won't be. On busy days staff struggle to keep up although they are all friendly and helpful if you do manage to catch them. Tables not cleared and cleaned quickly enough.
Atmosphere is good and lively and friendly with a good mix of clients, all in good spirits

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Clean and hygienic. Staff paying attention to details. Ready to help at any moment. Prices are decent and affordable. We had a shared dish.ordered some more too. Thefood is something unique that I have always loved and enjoyed, and if there is a good chef who knows how to cook it, then the mix is amazing.I recommend this restaurant and for sure I'll come back when I'll be in the area.

This was the best overall experience we have had in a long time at this restaurant. Seated straight away, queued for a while at the carvery servery but we knew that it would be busy due to the offer. Food was constantly being topped up so that everything was available and still hot. Our drinks were ready for us when we got back to our seats.
