Pleasant lunch stop with airy outside seating under awnings. Not a huge range of food - hot sandwiches basically - but this is primarily a coffee shop & what we had was fine. Coffee could’ve been a little hotter, but otherwise all good. The people who work there are friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable for outer London: coffees around £2.80, food around £7. They do a range of teas, and smoothies too.

I didn't get to take a photo of their coffee, but FINALLY I have found a decent coffee in North London. The trouble with a lot of coffee shops is that they burn the milk, don't properly purge their steam wands and I suspect that they do not properly clean their portafilters or flush the machine regularly. Espresso&Co suffers none of these problems, but unfortunately there are no decent pictures of their coffees. Next time I come I will take some pictures to show you why their coffee is the best. It was smooth, easy to drink and the milk was a perfect temperature. I will be coming back very soon. Edit: finally getting to add a photo!

Get the breakfast muffin! It's so naughty and bloody delicious. The Service is always warm and friendly with warm neighborhood vibes. Locals will know that when they open late they pump out some amazing espresso martinis which a worth a stop in before a night out. Since covid the local council has extended the dining out the front which is now always busy and a great addition to the local community

I was on a walk so decided to take a hot chocolate with me and had no reason to choose this cafe above others open on the green that day but I went for hot chocolate made with oat milk and it was one of the most perfect hot chocolates I've ever had. No burning my mouth out on my first sip, perfect depth of flavours, amazing depth of froth without taking up half the cup. It was just so enjoyable. Service was efficient and all in all a great experience. Will be back!!
