Me and my girlfriend came to try the new vegan menu and it was amazing! Food was a 10/10 and the customer service was great not only did the food come very quickly but everyone was very friendly and polite. Our server Kiana was especially lovely, really helpful and made the experience even better!

Never had a meal arrive so fast. Super friendly staff and although they were out of a few items the food we had more than made up for it.
P.s. channell gets waitress of the month award IMHO, 5* service! 👌

Fairly large and clean Wagamama's restaurant in the middle of a leisure park. We visited on a Sunday afternoon (at about 1pm), and didn't have to wait at all (you can't book at Wagama's). The serving staff were very friendly and efficient, and the food was very nice. A good range of vegetarian/vegan options. Overall a good experience.
_Update Oct 2023_
A slightly more disappointing experience tonight. Had to wait ages to be seated (despite the place only being half full) and then food took a long time to come. I was advised to order some noodles to go with a soup dish - the noodles turned up within about 2 mins and the rest of the dish about 20 minutes later, by which time the noodles were cold. I then ordered a drink which took about 25 mins to arrive - we could see it on the bar, but the staff were all just stood around chatting. Food still nice but service was nowhere near as good as on previous visits.

The food quality seems to be deteriorating a bit at this branch. We could hardly cut our steaks on our steak soba because they were so tough. After we were seated, we were only visited by the servers delivering our food. Noone came to check on us and noone came to clear our plates away so we ended up posting our feedback directly with Wagamamas website. It wasn't a particularly busy day. Such a shame as it's one of our favourite places to eat.

Me and my daughter went here randomly the other night as a treat.
Being autistic I found it a little difficult and overwhelming with the noise of the restaurant. It seems to carry an echo although it was lovely lighting and very well thought out to make you feel like you were not so close to people.
The service we received was the best I have had in a while, they were calm, kind and very attentive.
I thought it seemed a little overpriced personally for what it was.
The rice dish I had was quite spicy which was fine although it would have been better if I was informed via the menu. It would have been less of a shock 🫨
The bao buns were yummy 😋 although have shrunk 🤔🙈
They did not know I was Neurodiverse so it was nice to see they were just generally helpful and kind staff.

The food was lovely as always but what really made the visit amazing was our waitress. Her name was ash or Ashley not too sure but she went above and beyond with our kids to make sure they had the best time even teaching them how to use chopsticks. They loved it. She is an asset

Our waiter Karol had the most welcoming smile and provided great service. He explained how to order and pay and made me and my family feel very comfortable.

Long time coming, first time at the Stevenage branch.
Food is so much better than it was 20 years ago. High price for what it is, portion size has reduced
Not an enjoyable visit this time :-( 😕

My first time here was about 5 months ago and honestly, I'm obsessed. The food Is incredible!
All fresh, cooked to perfection and very more-ish.
My favourite food item definitely had to be the steak teriyaki soba.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Restaurant has very high cleaning standards.
Very impressed and most certainly my new favourite place to eat.

Wagamama has always been people favourite due to their unique style of restaurant operation with very inclusive and "public but private" layouts. This one is no different as its location right in the food and games park next to Stevenage train station.
It does have good amount of seating space inside and enough parking outside. Staffs were very polite, helpful and prompt. Food quality was very good. I was looking to have some spicy/hot🌶️♨️ food and the staff was really helpful in recommending me a dish which i absolutely loved (she warned me though that it will be very hot, and so it was ).
At end, a satisfied customer 😀
