Wagamama

Went to this branch a few days ago, food was amazing as always. We were asked if we would like some drinks after we sat down which was very nice but the whole time we were ordering (food and drinks) our waitress seemed to be distracted and not paying attention to us. I had ordered a prawn firecracker (amazing) but when the food was brought to my table it was a chicken firecracker, I had told one of the waitresses who was very apologetic and she said she’d fix it straight away. I then had the distracted waitress bring me my food that I ordered and gave me attitude saying “oh you wanted prawn you asked for chicken” I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to seem rude but I was so upset how little she made me feel just because she maybe got a bit confused or just didn’t hear me properly. Other than that I love coming to this branch, always have amazing service and food.

Great restaurant to have dinner. We said our allergies and they were very helpful, they recommended the dishes that we should have and the food was very good. The service was always nice and you can see it is a great place when they hug each other at the end of their shift. Great amount of food, good tables and the lighting is superb. One thing that I really like every time I go to wagamama is the free green tea, the smoothies were very good as well. 🍜

It was very busy at the time of visit with a short waiting time. The layout and decoration are very good, The service started off poorly, and this was down to how busy it was, which is somewhat understanding, it did get better following the first interaction, however could still improve. The food was very nice and fulfilling. Must say, we didn't dine as we wanted to chill at home on this occasion. It's definitely worth it.

This was my first time in any Wagamama and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not a sushi fan which is the first thing I think of with Japanese food but the menu here was all of well cooked items. Be warned, spicy does mean spicy, if you go for the curry items. The juices though are delicious and refreshing. The service was fast including dealing with any allergies. The restaurant was clean and stylish. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended. I will come again.

Lovely setting food was great. Waited a short while for a table but im giving 4 star because waiter kept forgetting our orders and my sister had to wait while everyone else had theirs. Once you did order the food came relatively quick. Staff are friendly and polite. Their are tables where your sitting with others and some where you are only sitting with your party. All in all I'll go back because the food was good.
