Re: Uber Eats Order Ref #FE644, Saturday 9th September 2023 I just wanted to congratulate the Enfield Coliseum store on its excellent customer service. I placed an order on Saturday 9th September using Uber eats (ref #FE644), the items were mostly correct except that, instead of 10 pieces of chicken, 10 wings plus a portion of fries were in my order. I tried calling the store, but the line was busy. So I visited the store (with my order receipt) plus the ten wings and fries (the wrong part of my larger order). We kept the rest of the order at home, which was correct. The Enfield Coliseum staff kindly provided me the ten pieces of chicken plus the rest of my original order. I also asked to purchase a large Pepsi Max in-store, the friendly staff gave it gratis and explained this was as the order was incorrect. Tables were dirty, place was empty, which was odd nobody was bothered to clean the tables. Had to wait awhile to be served. The lady didn’t know what she was doing, ended up having the guy come and intervene offering the best deal of the day. Cooked fresh, food was clean and halal and hot. Food did come out quick. Was disappointed when the lady said they have no mayo. But other wise was impressed with the food
