Absolute disaster, they have no order of whose drinks they make. Cannot handle footfall and then are rude when you ask where your drink is afrer they serve the people behind you.
Lovely atmosphere and good coffee - I had the new Caramel Nutcracker Latte. Special mention to Kirsty and Denisa for service with a smile and genuine care when making drinks.
