The Sun Inn

Once the renovations are complete I would have given a 5. Our hosts Tricia and Mark were wonderful. A traditional pub. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared facilities didn't cause a problem either . We spent one night July 9th 2018 to attend a graduation. We enjoyed our continental breakfast. Shame we are unlikely to be visiting that area again, as we would have loved to have stayed there again and try their cooked food once the kitchen RE-opens. Patricia (known as Joan) and Bill

What an amazing gem! I didn't realise country pubs with bed and breakfasts still existed. A very warm welcome from the landlord and landlady. Beautiful room, warm and welcoming, very comfy bed! We had dinner in the bar which was all hand cooked to order. Absolutely fabulous and couldn't not finish it all! The cooked breakfast in the Morning, again cooled to order and so, so yummy! If you are in the area make sure you drop in. Very cosy pub, even an open fire! Plan to come back! The lovely people there cannot do enough for you during your stay! Cannot recommend this place enough!

We were treated to a delicious homemade roast for mothers day & not disappointed at all, by far the best & we've tried many places! It's tucked away on the edge of Windsor great park, service was fantastic well worth every penny!! Why not give it a try after a stroll round the lake! We will be back for sure!! A must for all roast lovers!! Not forgetting the lunch menu which is served all week to!

Found this place on a stroll through the area late on a Sunday afternoon. Kitchen had obviously closed but they willingly made a couple of rounds of sandwiches which were excellent. I'm guessung the place is under new ownership with the place been given a lick of paint both inside and out. Further work to do I would suggest but generally looking good.
