Tortilla Flat

Margaritas are amazing! I loved the bartender, she had us laughing the entire time we were there! They made us feel really comfortable, and the food is great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only bad thing was the music in the bar area. Not exactly lively, but overall we'll definitely be back

Went in for a super quick bite to eat. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. Shared with the staff we were in a hurry, and they were more than happy to get us back on the road. Facility was clean and well maintained, staff were quick to greet us upon arrival and seat us. We decided to get it to go. Did notice that the music seems to be a bit loud, when trying to motion waitresses, they can not hear you. Our dining was during a low volume time. Food was good and I would return to eat here.

Was a good run of the mill Mexican restaurant. Nothing extraordinary about it. It was good food, drinks were a little on the weak side but not bad. Waiting staff was excellent, one of the hostesses looks as though she didn't want to be there at all. The food came out in a timely fashion. Overall a decent experience. I will be back.

Not the greatest service. Bartender lost track of drink orders and ticket order, seemed confused when waitress asked to pour a beer and ended up waiting 15 minutes. Couple sitting next to us had to actually go to the bar and grab there own drinks from their seats. Food was decent. Waitress left alone for 8 tables on bar side while another waitress attended to 1 table on dining side and refused to assist bar side. Had plenty of time for her cell phone though. Not impressed and wont visit frequently

Saturday 5/19/18 Arrived approximately 130pm Waited 40 min for food. Every plate we ordered was cold. Food bland and not fully cooked. Fajitas not even sizzling on hot plate. Mexican rice was just terrible. Chimichangas not fully fried and I asked for them to be extra crispy. I may as well have just opened your front door and threw $50 inside and walked away. Our sever however was excellent. She kept this from being one star.... Seriously management you put up an epic fail today. Just awful and will never come here again or recommend it.

I had high expectations for Tortilla Flats after hearing of a few good experiences from friends. I was highly disappointed with my meal, I ordered a burrito and it reminded me of something you'd pick up from the frozen section at the grocery store. The avocado appetizer I had was decent and the drinks were fairly good. I will give it another shot some day and hopefully it will be a better experience.
