Taco Bell

It was Taco 🌮 Day and I received a taco free 🆓 through the Taco 🌮 Bell app. I was in the area and I haven't been to Taco Bell in over a decade. The taco 🌮 was ok. Could have use some chopped tomatoes. It was better than Burger King's taco. Friendly service. Delivery and take out available. Dine in is shut down. I was hungry, in the area and I had a free cheese 🧀 enchilada available on the app. I ordered that with a taco 🌮 online. Big mistake! The drive thru was backed up. Very long wait! I think 🤔 they are short staffed. When I finally got my order, they forgot the sauce packets I ordered! No real apology about the wait time. The enchilada filling really did taste processed. It is franchise food after all. I'm glad it was free. I've deducted two ⭐ s. Corporate should have shut down this franchise for the evening 🌆.

Staff is very respectful, manager is very understanding. Not exactly sure what happened, but we ordered through the app and the money went through, but the order didn't send. We kindly talked to the manager about the situation and got the food we ordered. Heard the place was gonna be shut down soon, but it's still a very good place. Would 100% recommend

Took forever to order and even longer to receive our food. I know we're still recovering from the pandemic but even before this location was slow the food is good don't get me wrong but again the service is slow and half the time our order is wrong. I don't normally complain I understand retail and the food businesses I been there many times but waiting over 25 minutes in drive thru is a little much

the drive thru line is always EXTREMELY backed up when i come here. its because they're short staffed but it always ends in getting stuck in a huge line or waiting half an hour to get your food once you ordered. i genuinely do feel for the workers that are there though, because the food is good once it comes out and i know how it feels to be short staffed in the middle of a rush.

Came here with my friends on our way home from a visit to NH, and the experience was AWFUL. We came in, ordered in a timely fashion, but we waited nearly an hour for our food in dine in. The staff informed us 45 minutes after we had ordered our food that they were out of nacho fries, instead of telling us when we ordered. When our food came out, the burritos and tacos looked extremely sloppy compared to what I've seen at other Taco Bell locations. It got to the point where, after all the waiting for my food, I lost my appetite. I will never EVER be coming back to this Taco Bell, and I highly suggest nobody comes here either. Do better.

The last 3 times I have come to this location have been a bad experience. 2 of the 3 I had to leave because more than 10 minutes had passed and only 1 single car had been served with 5 more ahead in line. I watched others leave before me as well. Your definitely losing a ton of money in volume because of how long its taking customers to be served. And the other bad experience there was no beef available at all and so I ordered 2 chicken items. One of those items was absolutely terrible yet the exact same other item was fine. I guess I just miss how this location used to be the past few previous years.

It was cash only at the time we visited. Apparently it was a statewide issue according to their makeshift sign. I only had $17 for an order for 3 people. The single employee manning the place let me know when I went above the $17 I had, yet he made it work, allowing us to get that last item so everyone had something to eat (no drinks though!) He must have had a coupon he could apply, or some flexibility from management due to the credit card processing outage. Made the kids in the car happy (though of course a little complaining that they didn't get the drinks they ordered). They handled the issue reasonably well given the circumstances.
