Gaynes Park

From the very first time we went there two years ago we knew it was the place we were going to get married . The staff from the initial show round to the morning after our wedding were exceptional . Victoria our Senior Events planner was professional, patient , understanding ,and above all extremely polite and approachable .Any request was dealt with in the utmost detail. The venue itself is absolutely stunning on its own but on our wedding day it was more then exceptional. All the staff were beautifully turned out and again exceptionally professional and polite . The food was , wow the food and the drink were just heaven . We highly recommend the Rose Sangria as do all our guests !. We would write more but we don't want to spoil it for you and we would could never do it justice anyway!

We had the most incredible wedding at Gaynes Park. From start to finish, the team were amazing at helping us bring our vision to life. All of our guests had such a fantastic day and particularly said the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding - it certainly was delicious. Amy, our wedding co-ordinator was incredible and really supported us through the process as well as making sure everything ran smoothly on the day. The long walk was my particular highlight, such a special and unique element to the venue. The Coach House accomodation was also so fantastic and so convenient for all our bridal party and family to stay with us on site. Thank you so much for the best day and memories that will stay with us forever.

I had my wedding here a few days ago and it was just perfect. There wasn’t anything that didn’t go to plan and the guests have all said how flawless it was. I may have been one of the most OCD and over organised brides they have had but they were there whenever I needed them. Staff were amazing but especially Georgina. Even the small touches stopping my dad and I before we walked down the isle to enjoy every second. From the first time I saw her in the morning in the cottage to when we left the next day she made me feel amazing. I just can’t say Thankyou enough to gaynes park. They made the best day of my life. Would really recommend this venue. Wish I could do it all again!

My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding here. An absolute brilliant day was had by all. The venue is perfect, staff are professional and friendly and the food was cooked and presented to perfection. Would recommend for that special wedding out in the beautiful Essex countryside. We'll done guys and thank you all.

Absolutely incredible venue from start to finish. When choosing a venue it can be so hard and difficult to try and find the perfect venue for your big day. Gaynes Park was our first venue we visited and they set the bar high. We were welcomed beautifully and all staff made us feel valued. As we was being shown around the venue we instantly fell in love. It felt like the wedding day had started. The beautiful gardens, the stunning apple cottage to the stunning orangery and millbarn. It was perfect. Of course we had to view other venues, however nothing compared to Gaynes Park and we had to have this as our wedding venue. The catering team and venue team were consistent with their communications with us and we’re always at the end of the phone with any question we had. The tasting evening was spectacular and made us very excited for own day. When our day arrived, I was so nervous but yet again with the support from everyone at Gaynes Park, everything was taken care of for us and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Georgina was amazing with directing and telling us what was happening next. The food was unbelievable and all our guests said it was the best wedding food they had- the scotch egg went down a treat!! Everyone had the best day as well as my new husband and I. Thank you again to everyone at Gaynes Park- highly recommend to all.

We got married here on 13th May 2023, the whole day was perfect. Victoria made the whole wedding & all of the planning process run so smoothly! It made the day so lovely for us that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing as she had it all so under control! All of our friends and family were so impressed with the venue and all of the staff & haven’t stopped complimenting! The food was absolutely fantastic!! I have had so so many of the guests raving about just how brilliant it was, they absolutely loved it! All of the suppliers were so brilliant too, especially DJ Terry (you were definitely right about that one, he was amazing!)
