The restaurant is very cosy, the atmosphere is amazing. Staff is so friendly, we had excellent service from Clare. She gave us recommendations about steaks and the food was delicious. I would recommend it and come back here for sure.
Also desserts are so delicious, (especially brownie) however the portion was quite small if it comes to the price. That's the only minus.

We had a really lovely meal - from the drinks at the bar to the excellent service by our server Josh; everything was really top notch. Miller and Carter are known for their steaks and ours (two fillets and a rump) were cooked exactly how we asked and served with crispy onion loaf and well cooked fries. Although the restaurant was busy, Josh was attentive and our food was served in a really timely manner - portions are generous and sides v good as well. Would 100% recommend - also good ask at the beginning about allergies so although we don’t have it’s clearly top of mind for staff :-)

It was a birthday meal for the wife. Our first time in a miller and carter and we loved it. Food, service and overall experience was excellent. Our steak expert Josh was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. He added to our positive experience

We had A Wonderful waitress called Polly...
She was very attentive & done Check backs
Answered our Questions & was very Happy.
The Steaks we had were Fillets, Sirloin & Ribeye... Please Thank the Chefs as they were all cooked to our perfection..

Won't rate the food sector as we went there for a drink late at night. Service was good, no complaints, the ambient and the decor were amazing, I really liked it to bits, and I'm definitely going back there. I also like the fact that it's in the middle of the forest and it gives it a really nice vibe.

Fantastic meal. Came here for my partners 30th birthday, staff are very friendly and food was delicious. Only thing I could say is toilets could be looked after a bit, lack of loo roll and what there was was on floor, but iv found this at other miller and carter's also. Overall very nice evening.

Came in today for lunch. Group of 7 ladies. Scott served us. He was friendly and helpful and wowed us with his steak knowledge.
Would highly recommend miller and Carter Epping.

We were a family group of 8 out for a rare lunch at the Epping branch. We were warmly welcomed and seated immediately upon arrival and drink orders taken quickly while we waited for the 2 remaking guests to arrive. Our orders were taken by Iris whose service was exceptional! Our food was served perfectly, each guest getting their exact order despite us having changed our seating plan from those st the time of ordering. Food was wholesome and very good, with additional drinks coming along in very good time whilst we ate. A very big thank you to all the team with a special nod to Iris in particular.

Wow, THE BEST Miller and Carter we have visited, and we've tried alot of them. The venue has a lovely ambience, it's all on one floor and very open. Nice welcome on arrival. Our waitress was absolutely superb. Very friendly, kept ontop of great service throughout our meal. The food was prepared and cooked so well. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to our asking, compliments to the chefs. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

The Epping Miller & Carter, built on the old Wake Arms site, is a lovely new build restaurant. The seating is open and yet allowed for your own groups privacy.
The staff are impressive, and I accepted their recommendations on choice with great results.
Food is delicious, well presented; quality, I have become to expect and quantity that is very ample.
My experience was marred slightly by dress code, allowing shorts.
I enjoy dressing for diner and appreciate others making the experience special.
Overall, I am very happy, and I will return to Epping, Miller & Carter again and recommend Epping M&C to others.

Epping branch with my Daughter to celebrate reaching 60.Absolutely fantastic service from Claire our Waiter last night.Claire was very kind, helpful and friendly.Our food was brilliant and all in all made it was a very enjoyable experience.We shall definitely be asking for Claire again to be our waiter.Five stars awarded for a top meal and top service.Thank you Claire for all your efforts xx🥳

The service and food are amazing and I have never been disappointed.
I was very impressed when the restaurant was full and the order came in 20 min.

This place is by no means the best steakhouse your gonna find. It is what it is which is in my opinion, pub grub in a restaurant setting. I do like the venue. The staff are friendly enough, if a little overworked culminating in a manic, rushed environment. The steaks are just average which is a shame really. When I moved to the area just over a year ago and saw the place when driving past I was really excited to have what looked like a great American style steakhouse within a mile or so of my house. I have been a dozen or so times within the year as it is really convenient, reasonably priced (with offers on often) and a nice environment (later on when all the kids have gone!)<br/><br/>It's a reasonable place for a local but Hawksmoor it ain't!
