I love Starbucks Epping! The new team is doing a wonderful job. The old staff members are also brilliant.

Went in on the 28/5/23 very sweet girl called billie was doing an amazing job trying to get everyone in the store to work together and get orders out after a rush from ride London hope she had a great day as she deserves it and a raise

Ali served me at the till and was very helpful. I had a complicated order but she helped me through it and was very kind. Jade made the drinks and they were made to perfection. Lovely experience. I don’t go into coffee places a lot x

Excellent staff and a happy atmosphere - well done all. I know working in hospitality is bad at the moment, so I'm not sure if it's management treating staff well or just a great bunch of people but all the staff are super cheerful and very nice folks so credit is needed somewhere. Cute doggo picture attached for attention as you let her in so long as she a was good girl 😊

Fabulous Starbucks with a great selection of treats. Staff are always friendly, lots of seating without feeling too close to other customers and it's always clean when we pop in. We usually take our dog with us and they are very welcoming to him.
