Had a couple of times to eat in this place. Must say,staff is polite and aware of the customer's presence in the store as soon as you enter. Food obviously tastes very good and is indeed spicy (I eat extremely spicy and I find the extreme sauce to be quite ...tingly 😁) and flavoured. Couldn't recomm
The staff we're very friendly the service was 10/10 I had a lamb burger which always meets my Pepe's expectation and the chicken was on point and the fries with the garlic mayo was mouthwatering

Excellent customer service at pepes erdington branch. Got my food a few minutes after the estimated wait time but I didn’t mind as it was absolutely amazing. The spices and dressings have been by far the best part of the meal. Chicken XL is my go to. Food is delicious too! 5 stars!!!!
