The female assistant zhakia at the till was very helpful. She made sure the order was to my expectation and the way i like it. Nicely well done and tasty. Her service was great. Great customer service skills. Really turned my experience to a great one. She went over and above to ensure I recieved great service Thank you, zhakia. Ps I have had negative experience here before. You need more staff like her.

Had a couple of times to eat in this place. Must say,staff is polite and aware of the customer's presence in the store as soon as you enter. Food obviously tastes very good and is indeed spicy (I eat extremely spicy and I find the extreme sauce to be quite ...tingly 😁) and flavoured. Couldn't recommend it more 💜

The staff we're very friendly the service was 10/10 I had a lamb burger which always meets my Pepe's expectation and the chicken was on point and the fries with the garlic mayo was mouthwatering I'm a very pleased with my order and would highly to recommend to anyone 😁

First time going, Sadia was lovely and showed patience in explaining the meals to me and what was on offer, really appreciate it. Service was great and food lovely too. Thank you!

Excellent customer service at pepes erdington branch. Got my food a few minutes after the estimated wait time but I didn’t mind as it was absolutely amazing. The spices and dressings have been by far the best part of the meal. Chicken XL is my go to. Food is delicious too! 5 stars!!!!

Guy that was on today couldn't get his name was very friendly and gave a great service even though it took time I didn’t mind as the service was good and food was good too

The delivery service was absolutely outstanding and phenomenal from Zoya! Honestly very well mannered and provided me with such professionalism of customer service from her. My food was still very hot and presented very good. Well tasty.

Lovely place. Food was amazing both in taste and presentation. It’s clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Best place to eat at in all of erdington I would say.

Recently placed an order for whole chickens and the order was made ready well in time. Also, it is the best peri peri chicken. Team is very cooperative and helpful. highly recommended for peri peri/grilled chicken!
