Went Into this Greggs today and it's usually old women and cold food..... two young lads were working today, very friendly polite and helpful and all the food was hot and fresh.... should have them full time

the staff make this branch work great.. always cheerful and helpful. quick at what they do and good prices for everyday stuff... cakes are not particularly cheap but they do offers or combinations that work well. a Bacon bap with a small orange juice for example; the juice3 is only 50p extra if you have them together. Nice place

Just loves Greg's, lots of choices of baguettes and sandwiches along with hot pies, pizzas and sausage rolls. And for afters lovely fresh cream cakes, donuts and biscuits. Also serve hot and cold drinks all at very reasonable prices.

We needed to waste twenty minutes saw our local Greggs popped in for a lovely sausage roll and a hot coffee vast array of pastries cakes sandwiches all fresh,clean cafe very friendly staff ,Greggs never disappoint we'll be back 😁

This is my favourite GREGGS in the Erdington area. The pastries are always fresh and it's a relaxing place if you want to sit in to eat. The staff are always friendly, up for a chat and willing to help you. It's also very good if you're in a hurry as service is fast. I particularly enjoy their Apple Danish and Steak Bake.

I live above the shop and the ladies are always super polite and friendly and make everybody feel welcomed. The food is fresh and they open nice and early so if you are ever in a rush before work, perfect place to stop for breakfast :)

A nice friendly enough place for a quick visit. They didn't have the exact food item that I wanted but there was plenty of others food items to browse and choose from.
The welcome I received was nice. It's always nice to be served by someone with a smile. The food was nice if a little expensive. However it won't stop me from returning in the future. Highly recommended.
