I came in on Tuesday evening and you guys were out of pizza which my little brother was craving. Seeing the disappointed face on my little brother. The asian lad serving me ( believe his name was Morad) offered to put a fresh one in for me and my little brother. I was overall happy with the experience as not only did he go out of his way to put some fresh pizza in, he also served us with a smile and kindness. Which you don’t get nowadays with customer service these days. So thank you to that Asian lad 👍

Placed order and only received half of my order. However Stevie who I spoke to was amazing, and dealt with it and made sure I got what was missing. She was friendly, helpful and good mannered.

Really lovely experience from this store. The staff were super friendly and helpful especially one called jayjay. He was polite and respectful and he ensured I got hot food with a friendly smile! He deserves the recognition for his hard work at greggs. Well done jay! We definitely be returning to this store again
