Doing my regular shopping at this store is effortless. It generally has everything I need and there is not too long to wait to use the self-service checkout. It is also really convenient to pop over to the Shopping centre for other essentials. Word of warning not to exceed the 3 hour free parking limit to avoid getting a PCN

With over 50 years experience in restaurants and hospitality, I have never seen anyone who epitomises customer service they way she does. Well worth a trip to this Morrisons just to have her take care of you in the cafe.

Friendly staff, willing to help me with my shopping to my trolley, or from trolley to car if I need the help if I am on my own 🙂 Only downfall is, there are no benches to sit on to have a rest. I do get very lethargic while shopping 😔

I have been a customer in this shop for over twenty years and watched it grow. The butchery section is brilliant, their displays are very good and tempting. The staff are so funny and friendly - I look forward to seeing them every week. They also remind me what specials are on that day or in the future, this really helps me as I am a pensioner with a strict budget. I must also mention the delicatessen, also lovely displays and delicious cold meats. Friendly staff and so patient with me as I am very hard of hearing.

Today I needed help for an item that was out of stock and I met the manager Constance ( hope the name is correct ), blond lady with blue eyes. She was fantastic, very willing to help and a credit for Morrison Erith! I hope she’ll be rewarded as is not easy find such a great people around and great people need to be rewarded for the passion and commitment they put towards their work as her!very well done Constance be proud of yourself!!!!!! The store is often empty but they have great offers for house decor sometimes.
