I had an absolutely horrible experience here and I’m literally traumatized from it lol. When we got there there was only one waitress and she was working as the hostess, bartender, and waitress for all people in the restaurant. There was a sign that did say they were short-staffed so we completely understood. When we got our food, it was extremely obvious nothing went into making it. The nachos literally had cheese whiz on them (the cheese that you squirt out of a bottle) and it was horrible. I got the shrimp scampi and it SEEMED okay (it was not good by any means) and I ended up getting food poisoning less than 6 hours later. I was puking (and other things) from 4 am to 10 pm and had to miss two flights because of it. I had to extend my stay at the hotel because I literally could not move from how badly my body ached. Moral of the story, do not eat here. It literally hurt me to even write this review because I had to think about the nachos and shrimp scampi again. It is not worth it.

We really enjoyed it, was surprisingly quiet despite being a restaurant in a fully-booked hotel. Liquor selection was a little limited but they had what I wanted so no complaints.

Restaurant is very inviting and trendy, especially in the bar area. I didn't have a sit down dinner, I chose to have takeout. The Classic cheeseburger with fries, was ok. I felt it needed more cheese and the toppings to be more fresher. Also ordered the Philly cheese steak. Again it was ok, but it fell short due to the dryness & the little bit of cheese you get. My wife ordered the chicken and beet salad. Wilted leaves and not so great blue cheese. Would I eat here again? Yes, if I didn't have other choices. It's still a good place to eat, it just isn't a wow type of place for food.

Food was okay. Place looks great. Service was spotty. -I was seated and asked what I wanted to drink and I said I’ll need a minute. Waited about 5min before another server asked me if I have been helped... She brought me my salad without silverware... then the other server yelled across the room saying she was the one that seated me with terrible acoustics and lack of background noise everyone could hear... -No music or anything playing in background in dining room. The bar was playing jeopardy from the tv speakers. I mentioned it and they turned on the tv speakers to a baseball game. However it couldn’t be heard from where I was sitting in the bar area. And was still quiet in the dining area. Too bad because I feel like this place has potential especially in an area lacking restaurants and can cater to the hotel guests in the area.

Had been to Stingers on the Waterfront before, but closed on Mondays so Google Maps showed Red Fire American Grill which we visited tonight. Inside the Clarion Hotel near the airport, we went in, was told to sit wherever we wanted and our server was very nice, not overly friendly, but still polite. Being the only server and bartender, she had her hands full with the few tables she had. I ordered the tomato basil soup. It was creamy, hot and pretty good. My girl ordered a chicken quesadilla which she didn't care for. Drinks were promptly refilled without having to ask. The dining area isn't the most beautiful, but was okay. Men's bathroom in the hotel was very clean.

Didn’t love it but I loved the bartender, Leslie. She was friendly and working super hard. Not bad, but a basic, bar-fly, hotel bar that served a burger.

Ate here 3 times during my stay. The food was ok at best. The service is AWFUL. Rude, slow, got orders wrong every time, then argued when we found a hair in a sandwich! Tried at different times of evening always the same. Loved the "fine china" my drink was served in!😉
