This is a small Costa compared to others around so it doesn't have as much seating areas. The food is fresh and plenty available in the display counters, the staff are very helpful and friendly

Amazing service, excellently made Vanilla Latte! The only takeaway coffee I have had in years! The best in my opinion 👌 😌

We went here for a nice drink the hot chocolates were fantastic and the lady serving today was brilliant. Thanks for an awesome experience

I had an amazing vanilla coffee and a banana cake and was delicious 😋 the staff was very friendly and helpful there’s plenty of food & even salads 🥗 it’s a big coffee shop very spacious and clean I can recommend this Costa Coffee shop.

The whole premises are maintained Immaculately clean. Very pleasant staff and excellent manager who oversees everything. She is called Tracey and is very deicated to her job , professional yet friendly, and most of all very cheerful and positive!

We find out of all these kind of coffee shops Costa has the best tasting coffee, friendly staff, not far from Abbey Park, this has become our treat in Covid 19 times, walk to town, collect a coffee and cake and sit in the park.

Staff are very caring and efficient.
Even today the pull alarm went off in the toilet . I was very impressed how fast and caring the young member of staff handled it. Thankfully a false alarm.
I only go into this costa as the staff are both so lovely . What is also impressive is they understand people with disability needs, making them feel comfortable and listened too.
Thank you the two young gentleman who always serve us on a Sunday when we sometimes visit .

Thank you so much to Tracey, who saw me and my husband struggling to sort out our newborn, and two year old, as well as queue to place our order. She kindly offered to take our order from the table and brought our drinks and cakes over, plus a treat for my two year old, who was kicking off at this point. I had to feed my newborn so we were a bit stuck when the toddler was bored and started to tantrum. Tracey came over with some little toys to distract him. Thank you so much for your hel and thoughtfulness!
