Great spot for a sandwich and coffee. Fantastic location right near the river and directly located by the ferry crossing. Masses of open space in front and plenty of tables. Sensibly some are none smoking however a few, clearly marked are for smokers. Few plants outside for sale at very reasonable prices.
Coffee, tea and a Mocha were hot and well made. Sandwiches were clearly made to order on fresh, sliced bread that made things soft and really enjoyable. A bacon sandwich for 3 quid? Good value in the past of the world I normally frequent. Lovely location. Great prices. Great staff. Great product

We booked for a sports social group and we had the place to ourselves. Despite reservations as there were so many of us, some might be eating mains whilst some hadn't had starters, they smashed it. We were all served together, the food was very good and hot, and the service 1st class. Excellent

We visited in a group for lunch. We sat inside as the weather was extremely hot for our group of seniors.
Good choice on the menu.
The prices were very good.
Food was piping hot and a big portion.
Would highly recommend.
Also, it's a lovely setting on the river.

A lovely cafe down by the river in Evesham. Very peaceful down a narrow lane. There's an old chain ferry across the river which is still working and fascinating to watch. Plenty of parking and a nice terrace outside as well as seating in the garden area leading down to the river. Well worth visiting.

Popped in today for some food with family. A little disappointed the hot menu we had seen online (fish and chips etc) didn't seem to be on, and the menu we had consisted of baguettes or jacket potatoes. That said, the baguettes we had were beautifully presented with Side Salad and delicious coleslaw. The jacket potatoes were huge, as was the bowl of nachos. Certainly could not complain we were hungry after! Lovely location, plenty of parking, and a nice river walk, with the ferry close to hand. Will be beautiful in the summer months.

I had the BIGGEST breakfast here and have to start by saying it was exceptional value for money for what I had. There was a steady flow of people, mostly cyclists coming to visit and in summer this place has a setting like to other to sit outside by the river.
However, when we arrived the staff were sitting out the front smoking on the front step which didn't make for a very welcome approach, and the service was basic - we approached the bar to order and it took a while for someone to take the order despite the lack of people there when we first arrived.
We all loved our meals, and when we did get food it was hot, big portions and the kids adored their pancakes. Would see definitely recommend coming here for a roast or a fry up, but it's more on the side of greasy spoon than upmarket restaurant. (To be clear, this isn't a complaint, I personally prefer this laid back atmosphere but it wasn't quite what I had initially expected.)
