The welcome by the owner is fantastic, lovely man. The food is first class. Never had a bad meal from there and the portion size is massive, just how I like it. So many chip shops serve tiny portions and charge well over the odds. The prices are bang on here and like I said, no one and I mean no one could possibly complain about the size of portions. I won't go anywhere else now. The pictures only show how many chips I put on my plate as i shared my chips

We are not from the area but was visiting family and can honestly say your gluten free fish and chips are amazing. A huge portion and Excellant taste. Thank you so much. We will be back when visiting again 👏👏👏👏

First time used this takeaway for fish and chips. Freshly cooked well and really good portion size. Actually asked to stop putting more chips on my portion. Will use again. Took to riverside to eat and was impressed.

Really great food, huge portions! The meat and chips could feed all the family, the battered sausages taste great and batter nice and crispy, Polite staff, we are not from the area but will be definitely be going back Well worth the travel.

Very friendly chip shop. The owner knows all the locals and is interested in everyone. Lovely fish and a very generous portion of chips.

The best fish and chip shop around here by far, fish was amazing, cooked to perfection, chip’s beautiful couldn’t eat them all , I would highly recommend

I didn’t personally go into the shop but my partner took my daughter to get dinner. He said that the staff were so amazing and friendly. He brought me home THE biggest kebab I’ve ever seen in my life, which I’m sure is impossible for ANYONE ever to consume in one sitting. But absolutely amaaaazing. All food delicious and I shall look forward to eating my kebab for the next 3 days 🤣 will not go anywhere else in future. (Added pic of kebab to photos on Google)
