We booked out thier private room for my dad's 60th birthday this past weekend. Was amazing service, gorgeous food and lots of garden space for the kids to run around. Staff were awesome. Look forward to coming back!!

We had the gluten free fish and chips. The batter was absolutely fantastic, the best I've had, it was crunchy and light and served really hot. Chips were lovely and the mushy peas with mint was fantastic. Our dog came with us so we ate in the bar area. Very nice atmosphere and couldn't be happier to have a local that we can walk to that serves such lovely food. Well done to the new owners for renovating the place so it feels refreshed and clean and for offering food as well as drinks. Definitely coming back for fish on Fridays 😃👍🏻

We visited today for carvery, we were impressed by the new owners decor and presentation. Staff all very friendly too, only downside was the plates were too small for the portion size but lovely beef and turkey. Didn't see a pudding option either which is something they may do in the future if business continues.

We cane here with our son and really enjoyed the pizza and the burgers were delicious! Happy service in a lovely venue. Garden is nice too!

Chris is a fantastic manager. Works very hard. Food is fab. Very warm place to enjoy a bite to eat and a good pint in warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommend

A well run pub, fantastic beer garden that's spacious with plenty of room. The inside feels real homely with a relaxed atmosphere. Can't wait to go again.

Just had a fantastic meal at the CIder Mill from their new menu.
we had the sausage and mash with fresh veg and a bacon cheese burger. Excellent value for money and really good portions we will definitely be back for more (just not today)

Secretly very excited for the future of the Cider Mill having popped in for a basket meal and a drink yesterday lunch time.
Emily, Steve and the gang, the new owners, have already made it feel loved, with a lick of paint and some lovely simple upgrades.
The basket meals were simple fare deliciously done and the portion sizes where enough but not intimidating.
Really interesting gin selection and the pub itself has finally got a nice warm friendly feel.
Can't wait to see those open fires roaring in the winter and shall be rushing back to sample the carvery once up and running.
Can't wait for the Cider Mill to become the local it has always deserved to be.

Under new management which was needed.
Nothing bad to say about previous tennant but it felt that they had lost interest.
It's now getting a facelift, different beers and a fresh prune and tidy up to the garden.
It's totally safe for little ones too. X

Good atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. Nice selection on tap, and we enjoyed the food. We look forward to another visit. 👍
