Ground floor access for wheelchairs. Inside there's a lift to the next level and disabled toilet. Loads of cocktails to choose from. Plenty of meal choice for vegetarians and meat eaters. Food freshlycooked to order. Mexican vibe and music. Staff helpful. 3rd floor but did not go due to stairs. Toilets down stairs for able bodied. A good experience in the day. I imagine it gets very busy in the night time.

Excellent food, very thoughtful staff that really check on allergies. Service could be improved in terms of prompt serving. Although they did not check how food was, it was very nice but we had to wait for the staff to bring sauces for quite some time. Overall a good place to eat. It is very busy and boisterous during the weekend, so I recommend to call in advance to book a table.

Lots of choice on the menu, it is quite expensive but we enjoyed the food. Lovely ambience and helpful, friendly staff. Despite it being busy we were able to get a table without a reservation and the wait was not as long as suggested.

We were visiting our daughter at Exeter University (from south Wales) and hadn't booked anywhere to eat. On arrival, a staff member said it might be a 30 minutes wait but we could have a drink whilst waiting.
After only 5 minutes, we were seated. The staff were attentive, pleasant and efficient. The food was great, the staff were great and the service was exceptional. We would go there again on future visits to Exeter.

Amazing food, not the cheapest but it's really good quality. 2 for 1 cocktails all the time is also really tasty. Service was OK (there were 15 of us) but suspect the waitress was new. Would definitely recommend.

Very good service. Yummy food and they also have a two for one on cocktails before 7pm. I always enjoy the food and atmosphere at Las Iguanas.

Visited here last night for the first time. We have used Bath restaurant several times before. We were not disappointed. The service was good. Restaurant was welcoming and had a good ambience. The cocktails are good value for money as 2 for 1. The hardest part is deciding which one you want. We had 2 courses and they were excellent. All I can say is that we are looking forward to going back.
