It was super busy and burgers were not smashed enough and 15 minute wait for food too.We had a lettuce wrap burger each. The grill chef did not season the burgers at all and if not for the American cheese would have been bland. Gave four stars because I felt they were very generous with other toppings.

Hidden away down Queen Street, this American style Diner has top quality burgers, friesvand milkshakes... Red and white tiling and visible preparation makes the theatre good...
Frequented by students with downstairs dining in, one of my favourites in the City, recommended the salted caramel milkshake! 😊 Expensive but very nice!

Five guys is such an amazing place to eat out. The staff are very friendly and interactive, the food is excellent and it's very good for how much you pay. The atmosphere is lovely with a matching colour scheme. I highly recommend the Cajun fries.

Is what it is cant go wrong with Five Guys. food service is fast and consistent never to loud or busy overall a great option if your wanting some proper dirty burger or some of the best fries in exeter

This was the best burger we've had from any takeaway. Our first time trying Five Guys (we all had the bacon cheese burger with cajun fries and regular fries). We opted for just two large portions to share between 3 of us. However, 2 medium portions would have been plenty - they're huge portions! The fries were superb.
Back to the burger.....that's what you call a burger, none of this other fast food rubbish. We had about 5 extra toppings, which were delicious.
PIping hot food and real satisfaction with every bite. All of us were saying...."Mmmmmmm" throughout 🌟
Can't wait for the next one, and we will definitely try a shake with it.

Really yummy food and great portion sizes, lost a star because of limit options for some.
Staff really friendly! Manager there is super lovely and very kind 🙏
Good security guard in there also.

A little pricey but worth it. The burger was cooked perfectly with as many toppings as you could fit! Chips were the best I've tasted. Will be returning. And you get free peanuts while you wait!
